This is Anything but Drab Art

According to various websites, Australian street artists such as Drab have spread their wings and left their footprint overseas.  In particular, Drab has infiltrated  East London and begun hitting the street art scene with a series of large-scale paste-ups which helped his notoriety in the street art arena.

If you are interested in finding out more about “Drab” art you can consider Dean Sunshine’s Land of Sunshine book which provides a snapshot of Melbourne Street Art from 2010-2012 which includes some Drab art work. It is in this publication that Drab confesses to having been wheat-pasting for at least 6 years, since 2008. He also hints to a Kiwi origin, like fellow street artist Ha-Ha. Alternatively, you can find out more about Drab – the artist, if you visit this blog post.

In my opinion … Drab Art is Fab Art!
